Leasing:

Our knowledgeable and courteous leasing staff, led by George Levin, will find the right suite or property for your business. Tebo Properties provides all leasing services for every property that we own. Providing all leasing services allows our clients the opportunity to avoid costly broker fees and guarantees first hand knowledge of every property or suite.

 

Development/Construction Project Management:

We provide internal construction management services for our own development projects, as well as our clients. Our construction Management team will be there every step of the way to provide expert advice, professional oversight, and overall project coordination on any construction project. 

   

Staff Bios:

  Ben Myers, Leasing
Ben joined Tebo Properties in August of 2016.  He earned a BA in Economics from Michigan State University, where he also played on the Varsity Soccer Team.  In addition to Leasing, Ben has experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Acquisitions.
  Mike Verhoogen, Attorney
Mike joined the Tebo Properties legal department in 2013.  He has been negotiating, documenting and closing real estate tranactions since 1997.  Mike graduated from the University of Washingtonand the University of Oregon.  Mike is a member of the Colorado, Oregon, and Idaho Bar Associations.
  Nancy Wirth, CPA, Controller
AS the Controller, Nancy oversees the financial operations of Tebo Properties and its affiliate companies.  She has specialized in Real Estate since 1994 and been with Tebo Properties since June of 2004.  She loves the energy of the business.
  Jim McCormick, Property Manager
Jim has been the Property Manager for Tebo Properties since 1999.  He holds a Colorado Real Estate License and a Real Property Administrator designation from the Business Owners & Managers Association.  Jim directly manages the third party service providers as well as the team of in house maintenance personnel.
  Carrie Hostetter, Accountant
Carrie received her Bachelors of Science degree from Colorado State University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting in 2003.  She has been employed at Tebo Properties since September of 2007.
  Sammi Barber, Leasing Assistant and Executive Assistant to Stephen Tebo
Sammi has been with Tebo Properties since May of 2014.  Sammi utilizes her BFA from CU in Digital Design to design our brochures, marketing, and advertisements.  She manages our property information and resources, keeping things readily available for staff and potential clients.  She also acts as an assistant to Stephen Tebo, managing company sponsorships, travel, event planning, and various tasks involving tenant and client relations.  

Kevin Nelson, Leasing Assistant
Kevin joined the Tebo Team in March of 2015.  A recent 2015 graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Kevin holds a Bachelor's in Finance.  As a Leasing Assistant, Kevin shows properties to prospective clients, writes leases, and helps new tenants through our move-in process.
 
Chance Reeser, Construction
Chance joined Tebo Properties in August of 2015.  Chance handles all construction projects including ground up construction and tenant improvement work.  Prior to joining Tebo Properties, Chance worked for several General Contractors in Denver and San Francisco.  He is a graduate of Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management.
Brad Fancher, Accounting
Brad joined our accounting group in October 2015.  Prior to joining Tebo Properties, Brad worked in corporate accounting for a Denver Based Fortune 500 company.  He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
 

 

Chris Chambless, Accounting
After graduating with a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Chris started with Tebo Properties in February of 2016 to hansle rent payments for our accounting Team.
